If you use television at home and entertain yourself with television channels,
then the government has taken new decisions for you, which will benefit crores
of people. Government of India has decided to make more than 200 channels free
for the common people without paying any money.

Giving information, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur
has said that preparations are now being made to install satellite tuner
devices in television to provide more than 200 channels free of cost. Through
this tuner, the channel will be delivered to the people for free.

With the arrival of new decisions and devices, set top boxes of different
companies will not have to be installed in television. Only one tuner will be
enough for entertainment. In this new device, the necessity of all set top
boxes will end and people will be able to change the channel from their
remote.

Now you have to pay money to watch free channels

Due to taking set top boxes of different companies, people are not able to
watch the free channels even after the pack is over and due to this common
people have to unnecessarily recharge and lose their money.

To watch only free channels, separate set top boxes have to be installed,
which is an additional cost. To get rid of all this, new satellite tune
devices are being made which will be installed in TV and through this people
will be able to watch television easily.
