Even if your mobile number is not linked with your Aadhaar card, you can still
apply for Aadhaar card. For this you have to follow some simple steps.

You must first visit the website
https://residentpvc.udai.gov.in/order-pvcreprint.

After this you have to register your Aadhaar card number here.

After that you have to enter the security code. Also, you have to click on My
Mobile option below.

Here you have to enter your mobile number, after that click on ‘Send OTP’
option.

After this an OTP will be sent to your number. Your application process will
be completed as soon as you enter.

After this you have to pay a normal fee of Rs 50. After which the PVC Aadhaar
card will be sent to your registered address within two weeks.
